Terms and conditions for use of the MODPOL web site.
MODPOL is managed by and on behalf of serving and former members of the Ministry of Defence Police (MDP).
MODPOL is not an official site.
In entering our site you as a user are accepting our terms and conditions.
Membership
Membership of MODPOL is by acceptance of your registration that requires you to be a serving or former member of MDP OR a serving member of the Non-Home Department Police Forces which includes BTP, CNC, the Ports Police or you are serving in the Gibraltar Services Police.
We do not accept applications for registration from members of the Ministry Guard Service (MGS), the Ministry Provost Guard Service (MPGS), civil servants employed in MDPGA or members of the Home Department Police Forces unless qualified by former service in MDP.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate membership at all times.
Use of Access Codes
The Username and Password supplied to you are for your personal and private use only. They must not be disclosed to any third party without our consent.
